Monday Munchie!

Another Monday, and another recipe to change up the dinner routine…and this one is RIDICULOUSLY easy!

Slow Cooker Ginger Ale Meatballs

Quick, easy, and most importantly, delicious!

Ingredients for Meatballs

  • 2 pounds of ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs
  • 2/3 cup ginger ale

Sauce for slow cooker

  • 3 cups each of ketchup and ginger ale

Mix the meatball ingredients together, then form into small meatballs.  Brown the meatballs in some oil in a pan to help them keep their shape, then into slow cooker they go.  Pour the ketchup and ginger ale over the meatballs, give it a quick stir, and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.  Eat!

(This can make anywhere from 24 to 32 meatballs, depending on how big you want them! And you can always use pre-cooked meatballs to save even more time!)

Enjoy!
